Sr. Director, Finance Operations and Manufacturing (USA, Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Finance Operations and Manufacturing to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This senior finance leader will serve as a strategic partner to Operations and Manufacturing, connecting operational execution to financial performance. The role will shape the financial operating cadence, strengthen visibility into key metrics, and help guide decision-making across a complex manufacturing environment. You will also lead finance transformation efforts, support capital planning, and build a high-performing team that can partner effectively across the business. Location: Florence, KY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as the senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing, linking execution to financial outcomes Build and lead financial operating mechanisms to enhance visibility on performance metrics Design and scale product costing and profitability frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and drive informed business decisions Support capital deployment and manufacturing network planning through rigorous financial analysis Lead Finance through transformation and continuous improvement initiatives Develop a high-performing Operations Finance team and Finance Business Partner capability Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, including 5+ years in senior roles Experience in multi-site operational finance within biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments Deep expertise in manufacturing finance, including product costing and COGS management Strong understanding of P&L management and capital investment decisions Experience with complex product portfolios and advanced financial modeling Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and create clarity through metrics Benefits Comprehensive health care programs including medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off to support work-life balance 401(k) plan for retirement savings Bonus/incentive pay eligibility Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ladders
