What You'll Do
As a Training Content Creator Consultant, you will design and develop engaging eLearning content that transforms complex technical information into interactive learning experiences. Using tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360 Storyline, you will create visually compelling modules that enhance team performance and drive customer satisfaction. Your expertise in instructional design and multimedia development will be crucial in delivering high-quality training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive eLearning modules using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create clear and engaging content
- Apply instructional design methodologies to structure effective learning experiences
- Ensure compatibility with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Conduct quality assurance testing and update content based on feedback

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel and work overtime as needed
