You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents, ensuring every detail is organised, every deadline is met and every client receives the exceptional service we're known for.

No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of construction projects.
• Preparing project documentation, schedules and reports.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Tracking project progress and helping identify potential risks before they become problems.
• Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
• Communicating with clients to provide updates and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Supporting project closeout and handover activities.
• Helping keep multiple projects organised and running smoothly at the same time.
