All employees are expected to follow safe work practices, as well as adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and procedures.Actively lead and enforce all E2 Optics, client, general contractor, and project-specific safety requirements across assigned workfronts.Maintain a highly visible field presence and reinforce safe work practices through continuous observation and engagement.Hold Lead Technicians accountable for safe execution within their assigned crews.Verify appropriate pre-task planning and hazard identification are occurring before work begins.Immediately address unsafe conditions, behaviors, or work practices.Coordinate with project safety personnel and the Superintendent to resolve significant safety concerns.Ensure production pressure never supersedes safety requirements.Promote a professional, accountable, inclusive, and high-performance field culture aligned with E2 Optics' core values.Multi-Crew Field Execution LeadershipDirect the daily execution of approximately 3–5 Lead Technicians and their associated crews across assigned scopes, areas, buildings, floors, zones, or phases.Maintain near-continuous presence in active work areas throughout the shift.Ensure Lead Technicians understand the scope, priorities, sequence, production goals, and completion criteria for their assigned work.Translate Superintendent direction and schedule requirements into clear, executable work packages for Lead Technicians.Continuously walk active workfronts to validate that crews are working on the correct priorities and executing according to plan.Reallocate manpower, resources, or workfronts as conditions change to protect production and schedule commitments.Coordinate interfaces between crews to prevent stacking, congestion, access conflicts, or inefficient sequencing.Identify execution problems early and resolve them at the field level whenever possible.Escalate significant constraints to the Superintendent with clear facts, impacts, and recommended solutions.Support hands-on field execution when necessary to understand conditions, demonstrate expectations, troubleshoot issues, or maintain production.Production Planning & ControlOwn production performance across assigned Leads and workfronts.Establish daily production expectations for each Lead in alignment with the Superintendent's execution plan and project schedule.Validate that production targets are realistic based on available manpower, access, materials, work conditions, and scope.Monitor planned versus actual production continuously throughout the shift.Identify crews or workfronts trending below plan and implement corrective actions before the end of the shift.Evaluate crew composition, leadership effectiveness, installation methods, sequencing, and workfront readiness when production goals are not achieved.Coordinate recovery actions with Lead Technicians and the Superintendent.Ensure production reporting reflects actual installed and completed quantities rather than estimated progress.Drive consistent execution discipline across all assigned Leads.Production Tracking & Daily ActualsMaintain accurate and timely production information for assigned scopes and workfronts.Update required field production trackers with actual completed quantities at established reporting intervals.Validate Lead Technician actuals before incorporating them into project reporting.Track:Planned quantitiesActual quantitiesDaily production varianceManpower by crew/workfrontRemaining quantitiesConstraints and blockersMaterial statusWorkfront readinessRecovery actionsEnsure reporting accurately represents field conditions and provides the Superintendent with reliable information for decision-making.Identify trends in productivity performance and communicate concerns before they become schedule impacts.Support shift-to-shift reporting and handoffs when projects operate multiple shifts.Schedule Planning & Look-Ahead DevelopmentPartner directly with the Superintendent to translate the project schedule into executable field plans.Provide detailed field-level input into 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-week look-ahead planning.Review upcoming schedule activities and validate:Workfront availabilityPredecessor completionAccess requirementsMaterial readinessRequired manpowerRequired skill setsTools and equipmentLift requirementsTesting requirementsQuality prerequisitesTrade dependenciesIdentify discrepancies between the schedule and actual field conditions.Communicate schedule constraints to the Superintendent early enough to allow corrective action.Assist with sequencing activities to maintain continuous productive workfronts for assigned crews.Support development of daily and weekly production quantities necessary to achieve scheduled milestones.Participate in pull planning, coordination meetings, schedule reviews, or other planning activities when requested by the Superintendent.Support recovery planning when actual progress deviates from scheduled performance.Ensure Lead Technicians understand how daily production expectations connect to upcoming milestones and look-ahead commitments.Manpower Planning & Resource AllocationEvaluate manpower requirements across assigned workfronts based on scheduled scope and production expectations.Provide the Superintendent with accurate field-level manpower requirements and recommendations.Continuously evaluate whether labor is appropriately distributed across active workfronts.Rebalance crews when necessary to address changing priorities, constraints, production performance, or schedule requirements.Identify skill gaps and communicate requirements for specialized or qualified personnel.Support mobilization, reassignment, and demobilization planning.Prevent excessive labor from being deployed into unavailable or constrained workfronts.Ensure each Lead has an appropriately sized and skilled crew to execute the assigned scope.Materials, Logistics & Workfront ReadinessMaintain forward visibility of material requirements across assigned workfronts.Work with Lead Technicians to identify upcoming material needs before they become production constraints.Coordinate with the Superintendent and logistics personnel regarding material availability, staging, delivery, and release priorities.Validate that required materials are physically available before scheduled work begins.Identify incorrect, damaged, missing, or delayed materials and drive resolution.Coordinate staging strategies to support efficient crew execution without creating congestion or material-control issues.Ensure tools, test equipment, lifts, consumables, and other required resources align with planned activities.Maintain awareness of access restrictions and workfront readiness.Quality & Execution ExcellenceMaintain accountability for field quality across assigned Leads and crews.Conduct frequent field inspections and Gemba walks to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, E2 Optics Quality Management Plans, manufacturer requirements, and client hyperscale standards.Ensure Lead Technicians
