Unit Manager - LPN - Night Shift Join the Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing and Rehab Team! We treat our residents like family. Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated LPN Unit Manager/Floor Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional resident care and supporting our nursing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Serve as charge nurse and provide direct resident care as needed Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality clinical outcomes Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate provider Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner Maintain proper documentation and follow facility policies and procedures Rotate every other weekend as part of the supervisory schedule Qualifications: Current LPN license in Ohio 2 or more years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred 1 year of nurse management experience Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities Compassionate and dependable, with a commitment to excellent resident care We offer: Hourly rate ranging from $24.75 up to $31.00 based on experience Full-time 5-day schedule with 8hr shifts from 11pm-7:30am Supportive management team Opportunities for growth and advancement Health/Dental/Vision Insurance PTO (vacation and sick) Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our residents every day! #J-18808-Ljbffr
