Travel RN - Trauma ICU

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Trauma ICU RN for a night shift assignment requiring at least two years of recent TICU experience and Epic proficiency. Requirements Active FL or Compact RN license required in hand Current BLS and ACLS certifications via AHA NIH Stroke Scale certification required Minimum two years recent full-time TICU experience required Preferred experience in Trauma, SICU, and MICU Epic EMR experience required Cerner charting system experience preferred Prior travel nursing experience required Degree from an accredited college/university required (Operation Nightingale School graduates not accepted) Must have consecutive acute care experience within the past 24 months in a US hospital if degree is from an FBON-approved institution Must pass a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening, including fingerprint-based state and federal criminal history checks Responsibilities Work in the Trauma ICU unit Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM) Every other weekend required Floating required as needed Holiday coverage required as needed Hurricane sign-up required but not guaranteed Provide critical care nursing services to trauma ICU patients Smoke-free facility Must complete a pass/fail EKG (basic arrhythmia) assessment Local candidates within a 60-mile radius considered at a lower rate Former Broward Health permanent employees must have a 1-year separation before returning as a traveler First-time travelers not considered for this position Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Job ID: P-761303 #J-18808-Ljbffr American Traveler, LLC.
