- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with client's needs and therapeutic goals. \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and collect patient data to inform treatment decisions and track progress, adjusting interventions as necessary. \n
- Utilize crisis management techniques to help de-escalate challenging situations, ensuring patient safety and stability. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential records using state-of-the-art documentation tools to facilitate communication and promote continuity of care. \n
- Foster a trusting, supportive relationship with clients that encourages openness and promotes authenticity in the therapeutic process. \n
In this role, you will work primarily with adults seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. We also encourage therapists with specialized knowledge to provide care to pediatric populations. Your understanding of developmental considerations across the lifespan will enhance your ability to connect with and support clients. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field. \n
- Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate (LMHC-A). \n
- At least one year of clinical experience within mental health or behavioral health settings. \n
- Knowledgeable in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and current research on psychedelic integration counseling. \n

- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, particularly within pediatric mental health. \n
- Experience utilizing trauma-informed methodologies effectively in practice. \n
- Strong skills in crisis management, assessment, and career counseling. \n
- Proficient in documentation and familiar with telehealth technology. \n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
