Description Licensed Therapist - Mental Health IOP Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1-930pm and Friday 830am-5pm Salary Ranges: $74,880 - $87,776 The Recovery Village Kansas City Outpatient Center offers comprehensive treatment for substance use disorders and mental health challenges in a caring, supportive environment. We recognize that outpatient programs and tailored aftercare plans are crucial components for maintaining long-term sobriety. Advanced Recovery Systems is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, and mental health issues. We put behavioral health front and center, providing assistance to people with substance abuse issues, addictions and mental health concerns. - Provide individual, group, and family therapy in an oupatient treatment setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
- Masters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
- Licensed in the state of Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- CPR and BFA Certification required.
