Join the Ford family as we change the way the world moves.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.8+ years of professional software development experience, with significant experience in enterprise web applications.8 years of Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Strong Java development experience.Strong experience with Spring/Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.Strong modern frontend development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React or comparable frameworks.Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, content management, and distributed systems.Experience designing and delivering complex technical solutions.Strong code review, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in an Agile development environment.Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership without requiring formal management authority.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).Experience with React SSR and/or modern frontend rendering architectures.Experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or similar technologies.Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products and integrations.Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.Experience with web performance, caching, CDN, and Dispatcher optimization.Experience troubleshooting complex production environments.Experience integrating AEM with commerce, analytics, personalization, or other enterprise platforms.You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
