Job Title Remote Guard Center Operator Location Tri State Job Summary The RGC Operator is responsible for reviewing incoming video alarm notifications and responding according to the standard operating procedures. The primary focus is customer service and satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities Actively tracking, verifying, and acting upon video alert signals received from customer locations. Managing a medium to high volume of calls. Communicating with law enforcement, customers, and other emergency personnel. Following standard operating procedures. Position Requirements Education and Qualifications Minimum two years of college or equivalent. Computer savvy (Google Docs, Microsoft Office). Strong communication skills. Excellent customer service. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
