This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day business activities, supporting customer requests, managing operational processes, preparing reports, processing invoices, and ensuring timely follow-up on routine operational matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day operations of the business and assist the Operations Manager with administrative and operational activities.Coordinate operational tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and records.Customer SupportServe as a point of contact for day-to-day customer operational inquiries.Respond to routine business-as-usual customer requests and coordinate follow-up with internal teams.Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer operational needs.Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc customer reports.Fulfill customer requests for operational data and standard reporting.Process invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.Track invoice status and assist with invoice reconciliation and customer inquiries.Coordinate operational documentation, meetings, and other administrative activities as needed.Support site initiatives through coordination, scheduling, and follow-up.QualificationsStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Experience supporting operational or customer-facing teams.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas.QualificationsPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
