The role requires comprehensive health history evaluations and adherence to all protective measures including vaccinations and screenings. Responsibilities Conduct thorough personal health history assessments. Ensure compliance with safety protocols including vaccinations. Participate in required competency testing and training. Complete and maintain necessary documentation as outlined in the job description. Adhere to the Trinity Code of Conduct and policies. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Completion of Trinity Profile for credentials verification. Current health certifications including COVID-19 and Hepatitis B vaccinations.
