Role Description
As part of the SaaS Manager team, you'll be building the platform that IT and Security teams rely on to discover, govern, and optimize their AI and SaaS ecosystems. You'll work on real problems such as:
- Uncontrolled AI spend
- Shadow IT
- SaaS sprawl
- Complex access lifecycles
We are looking for a Senior Developer who can go deep on complex problems and come up for air to bring their team with them; someone who ships high-quality work with a high degree of independence, champions technical excellence within their team, and makes the engineers around them better in the process.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US, ideally with the ability to work within Eastern Time hours.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong working knowledge of .NET/C#/MongoDB or similar.
- Ability to tackle large, complex engineering problems with a high degree of independence.
- Subject matter expert in the features and systems your team owns; able to identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Champion of technical innovation within the team, evaluating new tools and approaches critically.
- High standards for code quality through thorough code reviews, strong test coverage, and clear documentation.
- Effective communication across technical and non-technical contexts.
- Practical, curious approach to agentic AI in the software development lifecycle.
- Strong mentor, guiding less experienced developers through pair programming and technical conversations.
Requirements
- Own the design and delivery of complex features end-to-end, from initial scoping through production.
- Contribute to and lead technical design discussions within your team.
- Set and uphold best practices within the team (e.g., testing strategies, code quality norms).
- Partner closely with product managers and designers to understand customer problems.
- Bring a practical perspective on where agentic AI tools create genuine leverage in your workflow.
