Our attorneys handle insurance coverage and bad faith, fraud and special investigations, premises and construction liability, products and auto liability, commercial transportation, employment law, municipal and civil rights matters. We represent insurers and insured clients with offices throughout the east coast.

Job duties:

Work remote!

We have an office in Philadelphia.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials

Required:

· PA Bar

· Recent insurance defenseexperience
