Computer Systems Analyst

Computer Systems Analyst (up to Level II) Everforth ECS is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to work onsite in Memphis, TN on our US Postal Service AGT Data Analytics support team. Public Trust background investigation is required. This entails an in-depth background check & either US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) status. Primary Responsibilities Phone/Email Support QA Testing, including automation testing (ALM) Provide reporting, guidance, testing, troubleshooting and document maintenance Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform and validate data Liaison between customers and development team Data visualization of dashboards and report creation Conduct analysis of data – validation of data quality Facilitate application access SOP and Job Aid updates for field and internal users Support customer issues for additional applications under Postal Support continuous improvement of Postal Initiatives Required Skills Excellent communication – written and verbal Troubleshooting/Creative problem solver Team-oriented MS Office Applications (advanced Excel, Access database experience) Advanced SQL coding/database experience Desired Skills Skillsets Preferred: Power BI, Python, ALM, GitHub, Data Bricks, AI. Physical Demands Regularly required to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods. Position is generally sedentary but may require walking or standing for brief periods of time. Employees may occasionally be required to move, carry, push, pull and/or lift up to 10 pounds. Requires travel approximately 20% of the time; may involve inventory requiring bending/stooping, witness test or observe fielding or training.
