- Meet with prospective and existing clients to discuss insurance needs
- Recommend coverage solutions tailored to each customer's goals
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional service
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Continue developing your sales and industry knowledge through training
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to obtain the required state insurance licensure (licensing assistance provided)
