Greeter

The Greeter is responsible for welcoming and directing guests, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The Greeter will be the first point of contact for visitors and must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department Take restaurant reservations Review reservations and coordinate seating for shift Escort guests to thier tables Answer inquiries and provide information about the organization Maintain a clean and organized work area Answer phones and direct to appropriate individual Collaborate with other staff to insure seamless guest experience Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Professional and friendly demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this role, with limited tolerance for unplanned absences or last-minute call-offs Dental insurance available Paid time off Employee profit sharing (after 1 year continuous service) Complimentary hotel room on your birthday(after 1 year continuous service) About us: We are a family-owned independent restaurant and hotel located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
