Home Instead is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, CMTs, Home Health Aides, and experienced Care Professionals in Frederick, Carroll, and Washington Counties. What You Will Do

· Provide one-on-one senior care and elder care services

· Personal care assistance including bathing and toileting

· Companion care and meaningful conversation

· Dementia care and Alzheimer’s care support

· Meal preparation and light housekeeping

· Medication and appointment reminders

· Transportation assistance for errands and appointments

Caregiver Qualifications

· At least one year of experience as a caregiver, CNA, CMT, Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant, Direct Support Professional, or similar role

· Valid Maryland driver license

· Reliable vehicle with car insurance in your name

· Ability to lift 25 pounds

· Pass background, reference, motor vehicle, and drug screening requirements

· Ability to communicate in English

· Additional languages are a plus
