Case Mix: General anesthesia cases including orthopedics, OB/GYN, GI, urology, podiatry, ophthalmology, pain, bariatrics, and general surgery

No. of Beds in Department: 25 beds

Trauma Level: Level III

Office Equipment Available: Standard anesthesia and surgical equipment

Specialty Backup Available: OB/GYN, Ortho, GI, Neurosurgery, ENT, Urology, and other surgical specialties

Support Staff Available: OR and perioperative staff

Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 3045 days

Job Requirements: Licenses: Active WY license or IMLC required, Board: NBCRNA certification required, Certifications: ACLS required; PALS required if performing sedation, Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable with a wide range of anesthesia procedures including OB and spine cases
