Job Description

As a Security Officer Spanish Speaking Patrol in Santa Teresa, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will contribute to a welcoming environment while supporting site operations through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture.

Pay Rate: $15.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, perimeter, and designated access points to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access in accordance with site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery information as required.
• Report unusual conditions, property damage, access-control concerns, and other security-related observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
