Warehouse company in the Loma Linda area is looking for an Operations Coordinator!
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for logistics. Provide direct operational support to executive of the company.
- Maintain schedule for Production Manager.
- Prepare labor reports, as well as correcting/updating reports.
- Prepare manufacturing schedule.
- Responsible for material inventory and purchasing inventory.
- Handle scheduling for Production.
- Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist with some HR compliance, audits, offboarding, and required documentations.
- Monitor deadlines and follow-up on outstanding tasks.
- Other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Can take initiative
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
