- Direct Hire opportunity
- Work for a company that has been expanding and improving their machining capabilities for the past 35 years to remain at the forefront of development.
- 2nd shift hours (4:00pm-12:30am)
- $25.00-$27.00/hr (our client will negotiate based on experience!)

- Great location in Libertyville.
- Complete first article, in-process, and final inspection of products.
- Perform dimensional inspections on product utilizing a variety of metrology tools and gauging equipment.
- Complete all necessary documentation and certifications throughout the quality process (First Article Inspection Report, Non-Conformance Reports, PPAP, and other customer-required documents).
- Track and report on discrepancies & organize corrective actions based on findings.
- Participate in internal and supplier audits
- Strong Background handling dimensional quality inspection of products within a manufacturing environment (plastics industry is a plus, but not required!)
- Skilled in setting up and programming CMM preferred.
- Strong background working with inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, thread gauges, optical comparators, vision inspection systems).
- Knowledge and experience with GD&T.
