SUPV, GROUP SALES -- ENERGIZER PARK HOME OF STL CITY SC Position Title: [[title]] Pay Range : $20.00 to $22.00 Summary: Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Responsibilities Perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensure that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitor marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Uphold policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Respond promptly to all client correspondence, phone, and email, including initial inquiry, proposal development for qualified leads, and follow up to secure business. Work closely with the culinary and operations team to develop menus and staffing bids that satisfy clients and guests while maintaining operational feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and event appropriateness for venue facilities. Create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and catering agreements in appropriate system and submit for client signature in accordance with venue deadlines.
