Job Description

Pay: $18 - $22 per hour + commission
\n Earning potential: $20 – $30/hour on average with commission
\n Schedule: Weekends required, typically Wednesday - Sunday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
\n Location: Gerogetown, KY
\n Part-time and full-time opportunities available

 We’re hiring In-Store Sales Generators  to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting by introducing customers to our home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services .

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce them to Comfort Heating & Air Conditionings heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions. This is a high-energy sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting .

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality
\n
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions
\n
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations
\n
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists
\n
• Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence
\n
• Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
\n
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
\n
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
\n
• Weekend and some holiday availability
\n
• Reliable transportation
\n
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
\n
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
\n
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
