Job Title: Traveling Commercial HVAC Installer Job Description

As a Traveling Commercial HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment for our customers. You will need to diagnose systems for electrical and mechanical defects, clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services, while ensuring compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose HVAC systems for electrical and mechanical defects.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Participate in all technical training.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 75% coverage of the employee's health insurance premium, SIMPLE match up to 3% after 60 days of employment, and Delta Dental and AFLAC policies available at employee's cost. Enjoy a $500 annual tool allowance and a $300 annual clothing allowance, as well as 80 hours of annual PTO, which increases to 120 hours after 10 years, and ten paid holidays. Depending on your role, you may receive a company cell phone and vehicle, and be on call for 6-7 weeks throughout the year.

The work environment will vary, being hot at times and cold at others. The position primarily involves working indoors, with some outdoor work required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wells, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Wells,MN.
