CWP Immunizing Pharmacist - Vaccination Initiative
Prattville, AL
Administer multiple immunizations such as flu, shingles, and COVID vaccines. Display empathy and compassion toward patients, customers, caregivers, and team members. Adapt to changes and adjust plans to succeed in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Seek new ways to grow professionally, collaborate effectively, and improve outcomes. Align team efforts around a shared purpose to foster support and commitment. Contribute actively to a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride. Apply clinical knowledge to support healthy outcomes for patients.
Shift hours from 10am to 7pm, Sunday through Saturday. Onsite role; requires presence as needed.
Education/Licenses Needed
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Valid Driver's License.
