The Role

As Property Manager, you will manage a residential portfolio of approximately 100-150 doors, primarily single-family and multifamily properties. You will report to the Operations Director and serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned owners and residents. The focus of this role is excellent day-to-day property management - keeping things running smoothly, building trust, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualifications

Experience We're Looking For
• 3+ years of residential property management experience (required)
• Hands-on experience managing single-family and/or multifamily properties
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and California landlord-tenant law
• Proficiency with AppFolio or a comparable property management platform
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and Excel
• CA real estate license preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
