About the Role:

Phoenix Kids Club LLC in Jonesboro, GA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Teacher to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Pre-K developmental standards

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for early learners

Monitor and assess each child's social, emotional, and academic development

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress

Implement structured daily routines including circle time, free play, and learning activities

Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development

Maintain accurate attendance, developmental records, and classroom documentation

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred

Prior experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups strongly preferred

Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices

Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children

Ability to pass a background check as required by state childcare regulations
