Operational Accountant in Client OnboardingWells Fargo is seeking Operational Accountant in Client Onboarding within Commercial Lending Operations division. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Perform moderately complex operational account activities related to maintaining ledger accounts and developing reportsProvide operational accounting support for internal business groups or operations departmentsPrepare journal entries and submit for approvalReview data from the general ledger, unit reports and various systems to ensure accuracyGather and review operational or financial data for regulatory reportsPrepare and review account reconciliations and certificationsReview operational accounting procedures, methods or systemsIdentify and resolve complex or unique issuesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or financeBanking experienceAccounts reconciliation or General Ledger experienceAsset based lending experienceThe ability to research and compile critical operational dataExperience working with business partners and different lines of business to research and resolve inquiriesDemonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively while meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and minimal supervisionIntermediate Microsoft office skillsExcellent time management skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsJob Expectations:This position currently offers a 3/2 hybrid work schedule; location: 401 Las Colinas Blvd W Bldg A, IRVING, TX 75039Ability to work additional hours as neededWe Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
