Utilizing tools provided (spec recipes, cutting practices, safety practices, date machine, etc.) to properly prepare for all culinary needs. Always using the prep sheet to ensure we are not over prepping or under prepping for any given shift. Always practicing F.I.F.O. (First In, First Out) at all times.Responsibilities:Prepping saucesPreparing proteins (bulk bacon, brisket, short rib, etc.)Keeping kitchen and areas of the kitchen (walk ins) clean and organized at all timesAssisting the dishwashers when business dictatesCutting and slicing many menu items for serviceEnsuring dates of product are always within range of expirationProperly labeling all prepared goods for referencePortioning prepared goodsMaintaining high quality standards for all produced prep itemsAbout the Organization: OHSO Brewery wants well qualified, energetic, and relentlessly happy people.
