Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers' missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.

As a Production Planner, you'll oversee production and material plans to include inventory and schedules. You'll oversee the master schedule and ensure compliance with material requirements for manufacturing and manage the procurement planning for a medium size.

The candidate will be able to:

Work in a fast-paced environment ensuring adherence to all required standards and procedures.

Adapt quickly as priorities change and new designs are being iterated upon.

Have strong communication skills keeping the team and all stakeholders apprised of priorities and commitments.

Collaborate with many stakeholders to maintain proper priorities and meeting commitments.

Identify and resolve material constraints with supply chain and coordinate the delivery and inspection of materials to ensure on time production.

Partner with the Master Schedulers to ensure production and the schedules are in sync.

What you bring to the table:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Intermediate understanding of of material planning tools, concepts and methodologies

Intermediate knowledge of MRP/ERP principles

Intermediate knowledge of government compliance regulations

Target salary range: USD $59,164.00/Yr. - USD $64,017.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
