Step into an exciting opportunity supporting high school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant educational setting located near San Antonio, TX. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through early June 2027, providing stability and the chance to build lasting relationships with students and staff. A preference is given to bilingual professionals, but this is not required to be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold a current Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in school settings, particularly serving high school populations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs
• Bilingual proficiency is an excellent asset, though not a prerequisite

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to high school students
• Evaluate, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other educational staff to support IEP goals
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation according to district protocols
• Serve as part of multidisciplinary teams participating in eligibility, progress, and annual review meetings
