Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering psychotherapy and mental health services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs and strengths, thereby guiding the development of tailored treatment plans.

  • Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), based on clients' unique preferences and diagnostic criteria.

  • Keeping accurate and timely documentation of clinical sessions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • \n
  • Collaborating effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

  • Engaging in regular peer reviews and case consultations to promote case management best practices and improve service delivery.
  • \n
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health disorders, coping strategies, and available resources.
  • \n
  • Staying current with pioneering research and best practices in mental health to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role will be instrumental in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and improve their overall emotional and psychological resilience.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in a clinical setting that emphasizes psychotherapy services.

  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and solution-focused interventions.

Preferred Experience\n
