Social Media Manager - Wellness Spa

Deliverables Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and client engagement. Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content that reflects the spa’s clinical expertise and wellness philosophy. Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure messaging aligns with the brand’s values and service offerings. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize reach and engagement. Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce visually compelling assets. Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in wellness and aesthetics marketing. Requirements Proven experience managing social media for wellness, healthcare, or aesthetics brands. Strong understanding of content creation, digital marketing, and brand storytelling. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer) and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand voice consistency. Ability to translate clinical and technical information into engaging, consumer-friendly content. Experience with visual content production, including basic photo and video editing. Hybrid availability in Houston; willingness to travel for on-site content creation as needed. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
