For more information, please visit The Grain Operations Crewleader position is responsible for leading and performing operations tasks involving the receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging and shipping of grain. Key Responsibilities Perform all grain operations tasks required at the facility that contribute to customer service, grain movement/storage and general facility upkeep. Assist with the coordination of all grain movement task at the facility Identify, monitor, and report safety and quality issues. Assist with identifying root cause and corrective action through the understanding of facility logistics, grain conditioning, and grain quality Assist with safety committee meetings and morning safety talks Train and onboard new operations workers Complete electronic data entry, reporting, documentation and correspondence to support operations Perform Supervisor responsibilities in the absence of the Supervisor What is expected of you and others at this level Has developed expertise, typically through a combination of job-related training and considerable on the job experience Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others, but is not a supervisor Works autonomously within established procedures and practices Has developed a specialized level of skill to perform assigned tasks Competencies Expected Of You And Others At This Level Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
