Responsibilities for Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:

· Serve as the primary reimbursement advisor for healthcare providers, resolving access and reimbursement challenges for assigned therapies.

· Lead benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims assistance, appeals, and reimbursement case resolutions to ensure patient access.

· Educate provider offices on Medicare, commercial insurance, payer policies, reimbursement processes, and market access strategies.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with physician offices, manufacturers, and key stakeholders to support program goals.

· Partner with internal hub teams, operations, and client stakeholders to coordinate services and improve provider/patient experience.

· Manage territory activities, conduct site visits and training sessions, document field interactions, and ensure compliance with client KPIs.

Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Minimum 8 years of healthcare reimbursement experience with strong knowledge of reimbursement processes.

· Hands-on experience with Benefit Investigations, Prior Authorizations, Claims Management, and Appeals.

· Strong knowledge of Medicare and Commercial Insurance plans, coverage policies, and benefit structures.

· Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy reimbursement models and drug therapy programs (Oncology, Dermatology, etc.).

· Excellent presentation, communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills in a client-facing environment.

· Ability to travel up to 80%, reside within the assigned territory, and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Shift: Must be able to travel 80% (4 days a week) via automobile or plane. Monday - Friday / 08:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $55.77 per hour
