What You'll Do Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for enterprise applications Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing Validate business and technical requirements to ensure applications meet expected outcomes Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives Support release testing, deployment validation, and post-release quality assurance activities What You Bring Experience performing manual software testing in enterprise environments Proven experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and testing documentation Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience working within Agile or Scrum development teams Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Experience testing enterprise business applications Familiarity with REST API testing, SQL queries, and automated testing tools (preferred) What's In It For You 401(k) matching plan, fully vested upon eligibility Medical, dental, and vision plans, including Health Savings Account and Dependent Care FSA options Relationship-driven process to find your best fit and regular meetings to ensure quality in your engagement 6 paid holidays, paid time off, and sick time Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with services such as virtual counseling, financial and legal services, and life coaching Opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative organization About Us At Brooksource, relationships are the foundation of everything we do.
