Associate Attorney

Role Description The Associate Attorney will work full time on-site in Forked River, NJ. This role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing clear, well-supported legal advice under the supervision of senior attorneys. The Associate Attorney will participate in client meetings, assist with case strategy, and support negotiations and dispute resolution. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with colleagues and staff, managing case files and deadlines, and appearing at hearings or meetings as needed. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to analyze statutes, regulations, and case law. Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law or a demonstrated interest in employment-related matters. Ability to provide practical Legal Advice based on research and client objectives. Proficient in legal Research, including use of legal databases and case analysis. Effective Negotiation skills for resolving disputes and advancing client interests. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in New Jersey (or eligibility for prompt admission). Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a diverse legal team.
