HVAC Supervisor – New Construction

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee residential new construction HVAC projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality installations, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects on schedule. Responsibilities include supervising HVAC installers, technicians, and subcontractors; reading blueprints and coordinating installations on new construction sites; conducting site inspections, integrity tests, and quality assurance checks; ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards; managing scheduling, labor, materials, and project progress; training and mentoring field employees; maintaining strong communication with builders, project managers, and customers; and performing additional duties as assigned.

Specific Qualifications include a minimum of 4 years HVAC installation experience, supervisory experience preferred, strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices, ability to read blueprints and measure walls, excellent leadership and customer service skills, basic computer skills required, bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, valid driver's license with a clean 5-year driving record, clean background screening, and passing a drug test. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, and work in outdoor construction environments.
