Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fort Collins, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 08/31/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in a clinical outpatient setting. The position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to facilitate patient recovery and return to community activities. The role emphasizes patient safety, professional development, and adherence to organizational standards. Job Details: Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/state applicable license; experience in outpatient therapy; prior completion of an assignment with the agency or organization highly desired; previous assignment with the organization preferred; 6 months of relevant experience desired. Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of a prior assignment with the agency or organization; previous experience with the organization. Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops tailored treatment plans to support patient discharge goals within the established length of stay. Maintains accurate, timely medical record documentation in compliance with all applicable guidelines and policies. Participates in student training programs, providing supervision and educational support. Identifies professional development opportunities and pursues ongoing education and involvement in professional organizations. Adheres to State Practice Act and regulatory agency standards; maintains licensure in good standing and completes mandated continuing education. Follows organizational performance improvement initiatives and provides feedback to enhance service quality. Demonstrates safety awareness and promotes a safe work environment, including safe patient handling and infection control practices. Demonstrates behaviors aligned with the organizations core values and mission, maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.
