We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Touchmark, a leading senior living community. As an RN , you will enrich residents’ lives daily by ensuring they receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will coordinate all clinical care, mentor and onboard Med Techs, and support a multidisciplinary nursing team in assisted living settings. Qualifications Have a genuine interest in caring for aging residents and working in a geriatric environment. Possess a current RN or LPN license in the state of Washington. Enjoy being part of a team, working closely with nurses to design and implement individual care plans. Responsibilities Help oversee, mentor, and coach care staff, assisting them in making educated care decisions. Provide hands‑on nursing care for residents in Assisted Living. Assess residents’ health status as needed and collaborate with the nursing and health services teams to develop and review individualized service plans. Build trust and strong communication with family members to provide information and insight related to the resident’s health and well‑being. Collaborate with our sales team during tours to promote the benefits of living at Touchmark through unique programming and care.
