Janitorial Supervisor

Job Description The Supervisor will clean, sanitize, supervise, and maintain our commercial location. The candidate should enjoy working independently, be able to lead and work as part of a team, and be well‑spoken, energetic, and personable. Duties & Responsibilities Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property, including cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, offices, emptying trash, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms, clean mirrors, and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes. Wash and stock all paper products, soaps, and supplies in bathrooms. Pick up and empty trash containers. High level of cleaning required. Training provided. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Detail‑oriented, confidential, and professional. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift, and pull. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. Requires self‑direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with the public. Must demonstrate the ability to lead staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
