Analyst, Environmental Reporting

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with product data and large spreadsheets to help support environmental and sustainability reporting.In this role, you will review and clean up Bill of Materials (BOM) data, ensure product information is accurate and complete, and help connect product materials to environmental and recycled-content databases. Your work will help calculate the environmental impact and carbon footprint of products.What You'll DoReview and clean BOM (Bill of Materials) dataValidate parts, materials, and product information for accuracyIdentify missing or incorrect data and resolve data quality issuesEnsure BOMs are complete and that material weights reconcile correctlyMap materials and components to environmental and recycled-content datasetsUse Excel, SQL, Python, or similar tools to automate repetitive data tasksSupport environmental, sustainability, and compliance reportingDocument processes and improve workflowsWork closely with engineering, supply chain, procurement, and sustainability teamsWhat We're Looking ForExperience working with BOMs, product data, or manufacturing dataStrong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data analysisUnderstanding of materials, supply chain, or procurement processesExperience improving data quality and validating large datasetsAbility to use SQL, Python, or similar tools for data manipulation and automationNice to HaveExperience with environmental, sustainability, or carbon reportingKnowledge of lifecycle assessment (LCA) or environmental dataJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Cupertino, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
