Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support clients through various therapeutic modalities, including individual and group therapy.

• Regularly monitor client progress towards their therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or support groups, when specialized care is needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical sessions using EHR systems, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Counselor will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensing as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
