Agency Partner Manager

To enhance Lemonade's presence in the independent agency channel, the full-time remote Agency Partner Manager will manage the entire lifecycle of agency partnerships, from prospecting and onboarding to performance management and growth. Key responsibilities Develop and execute an agency expansion strategy to drive sustainable growth across various partners Own the full partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, onboarding, performance management, and troubleshooting Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and improve agency partnerships based on market trends and data insights Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in the personal lines industry, preferably with business development experience in the Texas market Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field Strong analytical instincts with the ability to leverage data for decision-making Exceptional relationship management skills and ability to build trust with partners and stakeholders Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a commitment to learning how it impacts the industry
