Job Description
Assess acute mental health and mental medicine conditions in beneficiaries who present with such issues.
Maintain appropriate documentation of patient care in accordance with current unit and hospital standard operating procedures
Assess and provides intervention for individuals with mental health conditions to include assessment and disposition of beneficiaries with acute and chronic risk
Perform biopsychosocial evaluations using expert knowledge of clinical psychology
Develop treatment processes and procedures for orientation of patients
Conduct meetings and conferences to review the level of care for appropriateness of treatment in Mental Health and evaluate and approve referral sources
