Location: North Platte, WY Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts Setting: Outpatient Patient Load: Approximately 12-14 patients per day Population: Infants through geriatric patients

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in North Platte. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapeutic care. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and document findings.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized Plans of Care.
• Diagnose conditions by observing movement patterns, physical function, and reviewing medical histories.
• Educate patients and family members on treatment plans, exercises, and rehabilitation expectations.
• Apply appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff in accordance with state guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control policies, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and ethical practice standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination.
• Active Wyoming Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Up-to-date immunizations.
• Commitment to ethical practice and patient safety.
