Pharmacy Clerk

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting and supporting fill technicians in product labeling and fulfillment activities. Job Activities and Responsibilities Labeling clerk shall be responsible for the accurate labeling and capping of sterile vials. Ensure that the lot number on the labels matches the lot number on the tote. Work with the sterile fill team to prioritize workflow daily. Clerks will also be responsible for making supply kits, printing patient pamphlets Send out destroyed drugs as necessary and at the discretion of management. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary. Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Attention to detail to identify defective products Strong organizational skills Ability to use a computer keyboard, fax machine and printer Physical Requirements Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes.
