Pay Range: $45.15 - $69.21
Union: UFCW 21 Pro Tech
Shift Differentials/Premiums:
- Evening - $3.00/hour
- Night - $5.00/hour
- Weekend - $4.50/hour
- Pharm Night - $8.50/hour
- Standby - $4.00/hour
- Lead - $3.25/hour
- Per Diem - 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)
- Certification - $2.00/hour
- Trainer - $2.00/hour
- Student Coord - 1 = $2.00/hour, 2+ = $3.25/hour
Job Description:
Applies sonography safely to patients for diagnostic purposes upon the request of a physician. Also works under the supervision of the interpreting physicians for cardiac sonography.
Education: Completion of an accredited cardiac sonography program.
Experience: Two years previous experience in adult transthoracic, stress (exercise and dobutamine), transesophageal (TEE) cardiac ultrasound preferred. Hospital setting preferred.
Licensure/Credentials: Credentialed or eligible for credentialing through American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Must be credentialed within one year of hire date. Current BLS.
