CDL Class A Truck Driver – Auto Parts Delivery | Glen Burnie, MD

Pay: $29.50 per hour + Overtime after 40 hours
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Saturday (5-day workweek)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts) with dispatch times typically between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM
Home Time: Home daily

We are hiring experienced CDL Class A Drivers to deliver automotive parts from Glen Burnie, MD to dealerships throughout the region. This is a dedicated route position operating automatic day cab tractor-trailers with consistent work, steady hours, and the opportunity to join a leading transportation company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate an automatic Class A day cab tractor-trailer.
• Deliverautomotive parts to dealerships on dedicated routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and required DOT documentation.
• Provide professional customer service at each delivery location.
• Follow all DOT regulations andsafety procedures.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and work assigned schedules.

Pay & Benefits:

• $29.50 per hour
• Overtime paid after 40 hours worked

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience
  • 1 year within the last 3 years, or
  • 2 years within the last 5 years
• Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major violations or preventable accidents within the past 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA qualifications
• Previous route deliveryexperience is preferred

Requirements:

• Frequently enter and exit the tractor throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Walk, stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
• Safely operate commercial vehicles while maintaining constant awareness of surroundings.
